It seems X-Men: Apocalypse has found its villain. Reports are spreading across the internet that Oscar Issac will take up the role of Apocalypse in the upcoming film. Oscar Issac is known for his role from last year's Inside Llewyn Davis and will star in the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Now Issac will be taking up of the iconic X-Men villain. Granted, sources don't say that Issac is playing Apocalypse; but seeing the reports point out that Issac is playing the titular villain, perhaps it goes without saying that he's playing the film's antagonist. The point is that we finally have a cinematic version of Apocalypse and his name is En Sabah Nur...oh and Oscar Issac.
X-Men: Apocalypse will be directed by none other then Bryan Singer. There is still very little on the story of Apocalypse. Only that the plot may take place in the 80's and returning to cast is James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and Nicolas Hoult. We are also expected to see a young Cyclops and Jean Grey in the upcoming blockbuster.
X-Men: Apocalypse hits theaters on May 27, 2016.
