Major Focus of Batman in Dawn of Justice: Good or Bad?

A few weeks ago, an update on Batman v.Superman had the world scratching its head. It started with a rumor that Warner Bros was hoping that this blockbuster featuring both Batman and Superman would have a focus on the Dark Knight. People showed an early concerns about this rumor, however this update was still centered in speculation. That was until the film's director, Zach Snyder, confirmed that the upcoming film would have an emphasis on Batman's story. This confirmation surely had fans up in arms as Superman should needs to have a presence in the 2016 film too. While objections to this direction is understandable, I could not help but wonder: is having an emphasis on Batman in Dawn of Justice such a bad thing?
